Christmas inspiration Danish style

Oops. My Christmas dam just burst. I couldn't stop myself. These pretty Christmas images from Danish brand OiSoioi were to lovely to keep to myself. Besides, they sell the most beautiful Christmas decorations in their webshop and you need to allow time for delivery! All we need now is a little snow!

Oisoioi

When will you start decorating this year? Will you go all out or a few light touches here and there?

PS Thank you all for your lovely comments on my dining area yesterday you put a big smile on my face! Many of you commented on the sheepskin rugs and the good news is the two white ones are the LUDDE sheepskin from IKEA! :)

  1. Love the reindeer (?) on the first image. I can't believe that Christmas is approaching us in fast steps as I am not in the right mood yet. But I am looking forward to the cold weather and warming up with Glühwein or Glögg.

  4. I love the rustic feel of these decorations. Gorgeous! In New Zealand Christmas is at the beginning of summer, so we have somehow melded the traditional images of a snowy white European Chritmas with a pacifica, beachy twist. Works for us :) The Christmas spirit hasn't kicked in yet for me, but sometime soon...

    1. I always forget that it's lovely and warm and sunny at Christmas on your side of the world. My sister was in Australia last Christmas and they had a palm tree as a Christmas tree - brilliant!

  8. so lovely and rustic! i don't really go all out but always hang a string of favourite holiday cards, and drag in the potted pine tree from outside to decorate... and bake plenty of course!
